Ingredients
  1. 450 g crackers
  2. 125 ml milk
  3. 5 tbsp sugar
  4. 3 tbsp cocoa
  5. 110 g butter
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  7. 1 tsp run extract
Instructions
  1. Break apart 450g crackers into small pieces and put aside. In a medium sauce pan, mix 125 ml milk, 5 tbsp sugar and 3 tbsp cocoa powder. Heat through until the sugar is melted, and then remove from heat. Once it cooled down a bit, add 110g of butter. Add 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and 1 tsp of rum extract.
  2. Add the sauce to the crackers and mix well. If it looks too crumbly, add a bit more warm milk. Optionally, nuts and dried fruits can be added to this mixture. Shape the mixture into a log and place it on a large piece of shrink wrap. Wrap it up in the shrink wrap and shape into a log. Refrigerate for several hours before slicing.
  3. Serve cold.
